Originally developed in Canada from Serbian breedling line, this modern hard red wheat variety is well adapted to our organic system. Rich in dietary fiber and vitamins, with strong gluten strength, it imparts a nutty, grassy flavor with excellent performance. 
 
This product is grown using sustainable practices, with OMRI approved natural fertilizers and no harmful chemical pesticide, fungicide or herbicides applied to the crop.
 
Unsifted (whole) flour, sifted (#70) flour, and fine sifted (#90) flour grades are available through our online store in 1 kg and 2 kg heat-sealed bags, "tin tab" poly-lined craft paper bags, as well as 10kg poly-lined hand-sewed bags.
