2025 Liberty Soft Red Winter Wheat

Selected for its superior yield and excellent baking quality, this soft red wheat creates a reliable flour with a mild flavor and gluten strength most typically used in cakes, muffins or pastries. A Grapewood Farm exclusive!

 

This product is grown using sustainable practices, with OMRI approved natural fertilizers and no harmful chemical pesticide, fungicide or herbicides applied to the crop.

 

Unsifted (whole) flour, sifted (#70) flour, and fine sifted (#90) flour grades are available through our online store in 1 kg and 2 kg heat-sealed bags, "tin tab" poly-lined craft paper bags, as well as 10kg poly-lined hand-sewed bags.
